Falmouth MyTimetable: How to View and Sync Your University Timetable
Found your university timetable but do not want to keep opening another website every time you need to check where you are going? Here is how to view it and add it to the calendar you already use.
Falmouth University’s MyTimetable lets you view your scheduled classes and connect them to calendars such as Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.

Open MyTimetable
You can access your timetable here:
Once logged in, you can check your scheduled teaching and switch between different timetable views.
It is worth keeping MyTimetable bookmarked, especially during your first few weeks, as times, rooms or activities may change.
Add your timetable to your calendar
You will need to be logged in to MyTimetable to access all of the calendar instructions below.
If you already use a calendar app, syncing your timetable can mean one less tab to remember.
Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365
You can connect MyTimetable to your Microsoft calendar.
Apple Calendar
If you use an iPhone, iPad or Mac, you can connect your timetable to Apple Calendar.
Google Calendar
You can also connect your timetable to Google Calendar.
You will need to be logged into MyTimetable to access the detailed synchronisation instructions.
Syncing is different from downloading
MyTimetable also allows you to download an iCalendar (.ics) file.
The important difference is that a downloaded file is a snapshot of your timetable at that moment. If your timetable later changes, that downloaded copy may not update automatically.
A connected calendar can refresh periodically instead.
So if you want your timetable available on your phone throughout the term, connecting it is usually more useful than relying only on a downloaded file.
If something looks wrong
If your timetable is empty or something seems to be missing, check that:
- you are logged in;
- you are looking at the correct date;
- the correct timetable or group is selected; and
- you are using the correct timetable view.
